We attempt to present our products as accurately as possible in our photography. However, due to printing and photographic variances, �nishes may not show the exact color e�ect of the product you receive due to individual characteristics, materials used, hand �nishing and photography style. All of our products are artesianally �nished by an individual craftsperson. As such, color tonality may vary slightly from piece to piece and from order to order. If perfect color and tonality matching is crucial to your order please let us know at the time of ordering.

All products should be spotted, dusted or cleaned with a soft cloth which is barely dampened with water. Do not use aerosol cleaners or abrasive cleaning products.

Además, el tono de color puede variar ligeramente de una pieza a otra y de un pedido a otro. Si la exactitud de tonalidad en juegos de dos o más productos del mismo pedido es crucial para usted, por favor, haganoslo saber al realizar el pedido.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDERING
- All orders must be con�rmed in writing.- Unless credit account terms have been agreed, all goods ordered must be paid for on a pro-forma basis in advance. Estimated delivery dates will not be quoted on Pro Forma orders until payment has been received.- Prices are quoted in Euro.- Prices quoted maybe subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Bohéme.- All ranges can be ordered in all the �nishes with no surcharge. Please contact the Head O�ce for othe �nishes.- Prices are net prices.
DELIVERIES
- Transport is not included, we have EX-WORKS.- Carriage charges will be quoted on a individual basis and iclude at the invoice.- Delivery time is four weeks.
RETURNS/DAMAGES
- All damages and shortages should be noti�ed within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, Boheme will not be held responsible for any damages or shortages if goods are not unpacked within 4 weeks of receipt.- Boheme cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred once goods go into a storage depot.- Boheme will take no responsibility for damages incurred in transit when using your own shippers. A signature from your chosen courier on collection con�rms that they are receiving your order in good condition, and that boxes have been labelled in accordance with their speci�cations. Your shippers should provide you with the necessary insurance policies to cover your order.- Orders cancelled once manufacture is under way, or goods returned for reasons of unsuitability will be accepted at the management’s discretion subject to a returns charge of 20% plus transport costs. Where goods are accepted for return, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are received in a saleable condition and any damage sustained will be charged back to the customer.- A replacement order will be sent upon receipt of a completed returns form.

- All the pieces that costumer want to modi�ed for our catalogue or bespoke pieces under the costumer design must be quoted and prepaid by pro-forma basis con�rming the order in writing case of special pieces that serve only to that particular project.
CONDICIONES GENERALES DE VENTA
- La primera venta mínima será por un importe aproximado de 400 - 500 euros para tener los portes pagados y entrega de catálogos.- Los pedidos posteriores serán a portes pagados.- Los precios de venta son netos, a los precios de esta tarifa se aplicará el IVA o impuestos correspondientes.- Plazo de entrega de los pedidos es de 20/30 días laborables con futura previsión de entrega adelantada.
CONDICIONES DE PAGO
a) Pago al contado se aplicará un descuento del 3% por pronto pago. b) Giros a 30 días. c) Giros a 30 y 60 días....neto. d) Giros inferiores a 200 euros se realizarán a un solo efecto a 30 días. e) Los días de pago se entenderán por defecto fecha factura emitida. f ) Para evitar devoluciones en los pagos, es imprescindible presentar exacta domiciliación: Banco o Caja, sucursal y número de cuenta con sus 20 dígitos.
- Se recomienda no recoger ninguna mercancía a la entrega si el envío no está en condiciones por el transporte, se debe rehusar y se devuelve a destino, si se recoge en malas condiciones la empresa no se hará responsable.- Es norma de la empresa, no admitir ningún pedido si se encuentra pendiente de solución, el cobro de los efectos impagados anteriormente. - Los efectos impagados anulan cualquier descuento que se tenga concedido. - Proyectos y diseños Ayala, S.L. (Bohéme) se reserva el derecho de modi�car las presentes condiciones generales de venta, así como las características técnicas de esta tarifa para la mejora del servicio a sus clientes.- La utilización de la imagen de Proyectos y diseños Ayala S.L., Prodisa y Bohéme en cualquier medio, (folletos, anuncios, etc.), deberá contar con la autorización expresa de la dirección de la empresa.
