SKIN CARE LAYER is a soft, stretchy, seamless, bacteriostatic layer next to your skin, with the simple task of preventing any sort of chafing. it’s made to adapt to the shape of your body and the saddle without any folds in the fabric. it’s probably the softest thing to touch your private parts since you got out of diapers.
CUSHIONING LAYER puts just the right padding in just the right places. Castelli in-vented vario Thick, and now we take it to a new level with infinitely variable thickness. The pad is thin at the edges and gradually increases to maximum thickness under the ischial bones where you sit. Perforated viscous comfort padding is added under the ischial bones and in the perineum area for maximum padding in these highly sensitive areas.

SEAMLESS SKIN CARE LAYER - we’ve engineered a way to completely eliminate seams next to the part of the body that is subject to chafing or abrasion. The soft fabric on the skin-care layer is lined with 4mm of soft foam for additional comfort, in an anatomical shape. Chamois cream is not needed with this pad.
CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE THICKNESS - we use infinite shaping of the high-density foam in the cushioning layer to make sure that you have exactly the right support where you need it. The edges are thinner and therefore softer so they don’t cause chafing, and all changes in thickness are gradual so you don’t feel lumps or “steps” in the seat pad.

PROSECCO STRADAThe new Prosecco Strada fabric is a major step forward in classic jersey fabric. Maximizing moisture management at never before seen levels. with a controlled stretch, Prosecco Strada provides a perfect fit.
PROSECCO 3DProsecco hydrophilic treatment spreads moisture over a larger surface area within the fabric for faster evaporation. The 3d structure of the fabric holds the surface of the fabric off the skin, improving wicking and reducing cling, keeping you dry and comfortable.
VELOCITY with Proseccoa breathable, lightweight fabric with a clean stretch fit and a smooth face to reduce boundary layer drag.
SG0.6The world’s lightest known fiber suitable for cycling use. a hollow core fiber that is less than 60% the weight of traditional cycling fabric. Made from polypropylene so it does not absorb water. The technical strength of SG0.6 is in the use of airflow to evaporate moisture.
SG0.6 WINDUsing the technology of SG0.6, SG0.6wind sandwiches a wind membrane between two layers of SG0.6 fabric. Trapped air in the fibers provide excellent insulation in cold while allowing airflow to evaporate sweat. it’s the lightest windproof baselayer developed for the professional in all of us.
