these SOPs.

Pack Necessities1.All patrons, artistes and crew mustundergo a health screening at the mainentrance prior to entering the building.

Please remember to bring:

MASK HAND SANITISER

If you forget to bring a mask, you maypurchase one at the door.

Crew leaders / stage managers shouldpack additional masks, disinfectantsprays & cleaning tools.

klpac staff has been asked to stay homeif they are not feeling well.

Brief Your Team4.Please brief all team members includingcast & crew about klpac's SOPs. Domaintain physical distancing of 1-meterwhile doing group briefing.

Crew leader / production manager /stage manager should help ensure thatthe team adheres to klpac's SOPs.

THe production's FOH team has to be briefedseparately on the audience SOP as well as thenew e-ticketing system.

Event organiser should have sufficient FOHpersonnel to ensure that MKN compliant SOPsincluding crowd control and physicaldistancing can be maintained.

5. Observe SOPsObserve physical distancing and practicegood hygiene throughout your visit. Ampleguides and reminders are available. Pleaseuse hand sanitisers available.

6. Entering the Theatre / Studio /BackstagePlease observe 1 meter distance when queuingto enter any space.

7. BackstageKeep your masks on as much as possible.

Maintain distancing & do not over crowd.

Stagger meal times if needed. No buffet,packed food only. No sharing of utensils &crockery etc. Wash well before & after use.

Please do not move furniture that wasarranged 1 meter apart.

8. Sanitisation &DisinfectionIncreased sanitisation of the Centre withemphasis on high contact points (railings,handles etc). Each space e.g. theatre, studio,dressing room etc is sanistised before use.

8. Sanitisation &DisinfectionThe production crew is responsible forsanitising props, costumes and other tools /materials it brings in and helping to ensuregeneral cleanliness.

9. ContactlessAs much as possible, try to minimise contactand opt for online forms / registrations. klpachas switched over to e-ticketing for this reasonand will also make feedback forms availableonline.
