The Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) in‑ vites qualified firms to submit sealed pro- posals for Agricultural Storage Tank Up‑ grades for five (5) aboveground storage tanks in Uvalde county in order to bring the various storage tanks into compliance with EAA rules for secondary containment.

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for IFB 220-034 Blanco River Water- line Improvements to construct approxi‑ mately 234 feet of 16‑inch PVC waterlines. Horizontally directional drill approximately 586 feet of 18‑inch waterline. Construct 194 feet of 16‑inch waterline via jack & bore. The estimated construction cost is $684,000.
This project will receive federal aid through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and additional contract provisions of are set forth in 2 C.F.R. §200.‑ 326 and included in the Bidding and Con‑ tract Documents.
A non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference for this Project will be held on November 12, 2019 at 3:00 PM, C.S.T., in the City of San Marcos, 630 East Hopkins Street, HR Training Room, First Floor Municipal Build‑ ing.
