Dear Respondent,

Good day!

I am a student of Rizal Technological University taking up the subject, Education for Sustainable Development. The subject requires me to conduct a case study on any eco-related projects either in school or local government. I understand that Barangay Central Signal Village is implementing a Solid Waste Management Project. In this regard, I humbly ask your opinion about such program. Rest assured that your response will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

Sincerely,

MICHAEL N. EVANS
