Introduction
• This case contains how the employee will react on his boss when he starts doing favorites. The objective of The Young Leader Challenge is to bring together and share various perspectives around a circumstance/issue that one could face in the workplace. .

Ajit is competent and hardworking. He is demotivated
at work because he thinks his boss is playing favorites.
Ajit feels while he does all the hard work, his boss
blatantly favors another member of the team at the time
of appraisal and even when showcasing the team's
work to the senior management. With the annual
appraisal coming up in his organization, Ajit wants to
proactively resolve the issue. What should he do?

• If he step up his boss one or the other day
boss may feel his fault and even there is
chances of promoting or keeping same
position.
• The other hand the ajit have chances to
play his role or taking part in his game.
