We purchased a 42,000’² premises that had been previously refurbished in all areas
except for six toilet blocks, a large canteen and two kitchens. Also a mezzanine floor
was required to increase the floor space in the stores area.
Office Concepts were awarded the contract for all of this work. Although their quote
was not the cheapest, their presentation instilled confidence that they would do a
good job and would finish works on time within the extremely tight timescales re-
quired Another reason for using Office Concepts on this occasion is that we have
used their services before and had been happy with results.
Overall Office Concepts completed these substantial works to an extremely high
standard and finished on time by working late and on weekends. Office Concepts
fixed snags in a timely manner and were instrumental in a successful move into our
new premises.
