Cyndan UBC - Heavy Duty Degreaser

Cyndan UBC is a heavy duty degreaser and

cleaner. It will clean, degrease and deoxidise

metals and coated surfaces. It is biodegradeable

and dilutes in water to offer an economical

degreasing solution.

UBC is great for use in commercial floor scrubbers

to clean and degrease heavy grime from

streetscapes and floors.

Great for general building maintenance to degrease

and clean masonry, metals, timber and most hard

surfaces. Ideal for stripping away grey oxidised

timber residue and sap.

Adequate preparation and cleaning is essential to

treated surface should become completely

Therefore it will not delaminate, yellow, or wear off,

as other coatings do. One application will last for up

to 5 years even under high traffic.

Anti Slip Treatment is ideal for tiled applications in

foyers, showers, bathrooms, kitchens, pool

surrounds, commercial kitchens, food processing

plants, hotels, hospitals, fitness clubs and any other

‘slippery when wet’ hard floor areas.

Use on Glazed ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, polished

granite, terrazzo, quarry tiles, concrete, slate,

porcelain bath tubs, and other hard floor surfaces.

Coverage varies depending on surface type.

Concrete averages 5m2/litre, Ceramic/Vitrified Tiles

average 7m2/litre whilst Marble/Granite average

10m2/litre.

professionals to ensure safety standards are met.

SEALING – CYNDAN SHIELD IT

Brick, masonry and concrete solvent based

penetrating sealer

Cyndan Shield I.T. is a water & oil repelling,

microscopic, invisible shield. It is not a surface or

barrier coating, rather it deeply penetrates and

chemically bonds with the substrate without altering

it’s appearance and allows the substrate to breathe.

Shield I.T. protects all low porosity and masonry

substrates such as granite, marble, sandstone,

pavers, exposed aggregate, brick, concrete and

other natural stones to protect against water

penetration, staining, chewing gum adhesion,

efflorescence, corrosion of steel reinforcement,

spalling and de-icing attack.

Shield I.T. does not affect slip resistance and does

not UV degrade or wear off in high traffic areas.

Using Shield I.T. will help reduce your carbon

footprint by minimising the need for maintenance

cleaning.

Using a flat type mop or lambs wool applicator, submerge the

mop then spread the Cyndan Anti Slip Treatment evenly over the

area to be treated.
