PROJECT DETAILS
The entrance upgrade project involved the demolition of the existing concrete entrance pathway at the entry of the Corpus Christi Catholic High School in Oak Flats. The existing front entry to the administration building consisted of a combination of concrete and ceramic tiles where the existing slab level had dropped and tiles cracked. The works, as per tender plans, involved cutting and removing a section to install new reinforced concrete slab to engineers’ details and carry out resurfacing to new and existing, creating a uniform fi nish.
Being a main entrance, demolition works were scheduled during the December 2018/January 2019 school holidays to minimise impact to the staff and students.
