1. Case title Where there is a will, there is a way Success Story 2. Context This case study focuses on the issue of communication. It describes a range of ways in which people communicate with outsiders in order to indulge in activities for the betterment of the educational staff. a. Background. HANDS SRP Team visited 20 schools of EGRA EGMA for on the Job teacher’s Training. GBPS Ali Wahan School is one of from these schools. The total strength of this school is about 280 under Mr. Muhammad Qasim (H.M). In this school 4 teachers was trained by SRP CTPD training. Mr. Niaz Ahmed (PST) is one of them, he was not giving any kind of response to SRP Team, and he refused to deliver Scripted Lesson Plan. b. SRP Team Work SRP team visited this school so many time but at that time Mr. Niaz Ahmed (PST) was not giving any kind of response. He was always behaving rudely but SRP team felt flooded of sad instead of that situation SRP team thought that doing is better than nothing so SRP team carried on their struggle and keep continue meeting with the Mr. Niaz Ahmed (PST) keep in touch with him too one by one whole SRP staff at that time Mr. Niaz Ahmed (PST) views and thinking was that the NGOs are just wastage of time it doesn’t work properly, SRP team tolerate his strong headed views without any complaining. Furthermore SRP team (did their best) try as hard as they could, Firstly (he gave a hard time) and make things difficult for SRP team but because of the teams peaceful and kind behave he felt trust worthy and rely able therefor he started giving response to the SRP Team.
