Neuroendocrine carcinoma - Bladder Carcinoid tumors Large cell neuroendocrine carcinomas, andSmall cell carcinomas.Male patients & coexist with urothelial
carcinomaSmall Cell Ca (SCC) of the urinary bladder
was first described by Koss in 1975.SCC account for 0.5–0.7% of primary bladder
tumours.
OBJECTIVES:A case report of a 40 year old female with a
bladder tumour.A transurethral resection of the tumour was
performed and the specimen was sent for histopathology assessment.

CONCLUSION Like SCLC, SCC of the urinary bladder is an
aggressive tumour.
It has characteristic histological, & IHC features .
These aid in differentiating it from high-grade TCC and lymphoma.
