We cannot respect nature if we cannot respect
ourselves. We forget sometimes that nature is
alive. We have come to see nature as something
that was totally at our disposal and it shouldn’t
be like that, because…
What would we do without nature?
Nature is our home and we must respect and
take care of it, our happiness and life depends of
nature.
Respecting nature means, not only the
environment we live in or save from extinction
some animals, it means being aware of what it
means in our lives and the importance it has.
Ultimately, respect for nature leads us to change
our way of living and our attitude towards the
world and ourselves. And the only way to
preserve our nature is simply respecting it.
Respect, Rethink, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
These actions reduce the impact of our lives on the planet.
Respect: to value themselves and know the value of others. To be
aware that we are part of nature and we do not own it.
Rethink: to think critically and constructively about our way of
existing in the world is one of the keys to mitigate the effects of
human activity on the planet.
Reduce: to wonder, if is necessary to consume some things? Today
a new reduced consume strategy is more responsible to the
environment.
Reuse: everything we can. To reduce the amount of waste we
remove, is also a good strategy to start today with a change of
attitude and planetary consciousness.
Recycle: simple things like carrying a backpack, bag or basket when
you go shopping, choose products that have not been tested on
animals, turning off unnecessary lights that are turned on at home
or work, using the washing machine to full charge or using organic
fertilizer organic for plants are small, simple ways to act today and
you can make big differences in the future.
Eating healthy gives you the energy you need to
live the life you want to lead.
Set a goal: try not to eat junk food or processed
food. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits.
Drink water: drink at least 2 liters of water, it’s
essential in the processes of digestion,
absorption, nutrient distribution, transportation
and disposal of toxic elements.
Practice sports: at least 3 times per week in
sports for at least 30 minutes and it will improve
your physical fitness and mental health.

before it was tested on animals?
Thanks to the suffering of them you can "be
prettier", over one hundred million animals die
each year because of this. Besides, the products
contain so many chemicals that you can’t even
tell, they are unhealthy.
Use natural products. Take better care of your
skin without the risk of getting sick and avoiding
the suffering of millions of living beings that need
to be free.
Did you know that the products they sell to you,
most of them, instead of helping, get you sick?

Everything is given to us on this earth, we
need to know only use it in the right way.
It's your decision, choosing a healthy life
and full of energy, to live a life dependeding
on chemicals products that ultimately
worsen your health.
Choose nature above all else.
