Exist to Consider: Roadway Improvements Campus Identity Shared Parking / Stormwater Shared Improvements/Facilities Landowner / Tenant Long-Term Land Use Plans

Need Public Input. This approach is consistent with the request of the elected officials.

Open lines of communication between landowners, lease tenants and other stakeholders.

Any actions taken will be based on need and public input. This process is not about change for the sake of change.

Specific property plans will likely involve additional public input. (Garden Plots, roadway changes, etc.)

Prepare a report for City Council and other landowner/lease tenants to summarize process, issues, opportunities, and public input.

Any changes and improvements to be made will require landowner / lease tenant support.
