In preparation for the 2013 Carolinas Conference which will be held in Greensboro, NC by National Black MBA Association Piedmont Triad Chapter, Our Business Development Chair, Chisa D. Pennix-Brown, MBA has compiled the preliminary event production slideshow. This presentation will familiarize you with the organization as a whole while providing insight on how you can be a part of the Conference.

MissionThe National Black MBA Association leads in the creation of educational opportunities and economic growth for African Americans.

Providing innovative programs to stimulate their intellectual and economic growth. 

Building partnerships with key stakeholders who help facilitate this growth .

Increasing awareness and facilitating access to graduate management education programs and career opportunities in management fields.

National Black MBA Association

Membership RatesAnnual rates cover membership for one full year from date of payment being received. 

Full & Associate: $125/year 

Student: $60/year 

Lifetime: $1,000 one time payment or 3 $350 installments over 3 years

Levels of Membership• Full - includes professionals with a

graduate degree in any particular field (MBA, MHA, MPA, MS, MA, JD, etc.).

Associate - includes professionals without a graduate degree but with extensive experience or entrepreneurial success.

• Student - status includes students enrolled in any graduate degree program. New/Renewing members need to submit evidence of matriculation into a graduate degree program (i.e. a copy of a current school ID card).

• Lifetime - status is granted to any member who makes the financial commitment to the full or associate lifetime status.
