Working in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) - New Product Design organization within the ISC. Worked with AME Project Manager for NextGen EGI and developed the first integrated schedule for the tracking of Hardware through design, planning and procurement tasks.

Provide AME reporting for Space and Defense Monthly site SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operation and Planning) meetings.

Worked with Aerospace Planning team to implement the use of the Hardware Tracking Report utilizing Rapid Response. Worked with the Tempe, AZ team to be one of the first sites to implement the tool. This new tool resulted in Productivity savings of $13,304.20 for the first year of implementation.

Help develop Clearwater Defense Site Network Order SIOP process and serve as site focal point for both New Product and Engineering demand management in weekly cross functional meetings.

Transitioned into a Lead Material Analyst position in the Aerospace Computers business area, which has allowed me to expand my knowledge of Material Control processes and directly support programs.

Responsibilities Coordinate material requirements with Engineering, Program Management and

ISC resources to insure program cost and schedule are achieved. Responsible for the overall on time execution of the material requisition processes

through part creation to receipt of material for J2X, DDP and Thaad programs. Responsible for cost and accomplishment reporting against program planning

schedules. Monitor EO releases and alternate part selection as parts are identified to meet

shortened lead times on aggressive build schedules. Manage and maintain the manufacturing BOM’s in SAP.

Instituted program reporting metrics for Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders. Hold regular part status meetings with program personnel.

Implemented use of shortage reporting to support up-coming builds with material availability status by assembly.

Responsible for the preparation of proposals for Material Control labor cost models and material cost Basis of Estimates.

May, 2005 – January, 2010 Honeywell Scheduler Sr. Production

I was promoted to this position to serve as the site Manufacturing Lead for the implementation of the SAP system at Clearwater Space.

SAP Implementation Responsibilities Learned SAP Manufacturing Functions and processes in an offsite boot camp

environment, which included Material Master, Bill of Material, Routing/Work Center and Production Order.

Defined with the assistance SAP core team and consultant’s key manufacturing configuration settings and legacy data conversion parameters.

Supported system data loads by performing data validations and enlisting the help of Manufacturing Power Users to further validate data load accuracy.

Performed SAP system functional tests utilizing simulated data loads and defined SAP processes in conjunction with Clearwater Space processes and practices.

Provided over 70 hours of training for SAP manufacturing functionality to SAP Power Users and Casual Users.

SAP Support and Maintenance Responsibilities Documented process, created training material and trained users on:

o Physical inventory processes for Stockroom, Cycle Counts and Inventory Adjustments

o Upscreen Material processo Material Cost Transfer (cross function project and training)

o Rework order release process (including coordinating software modifications to accommodate process improvements with efactory team)

o Material Cost Estimating labor mode, Instrumental in trouble shooting complex system issues and driving to resolution.

o CMS interface problem where goods issue transactions were being lost by the interface software

o Government Property reporting tables were not capturing values for material received into the RIHA storage location. Thereby causing thousands of missing records.

As a Software Development Project Manager I provided key project management and resource scheduling activities using Microsoft project.

Met with users and defined software User Requirement documentation to be used to design the software product

Provided User Acceptance Testing by testing the system functionality and insuring the User Requirements and Technical specification are met with the software solution
