Stage 1 around 6 months

most important food
Stage 2 six to eight months
A wider variety of pureed food and different textures are introduced including meat fish eggs and cereals NO raw
eggs Finger foods can be introduced Wheat can also be introduced (Wheatabix) Milk feeds decrease as solids rich in
protein increase
Stage 3 nine months to a year
