Careers and Employability development for International Students Key issues for international students Adjustment to British jobs market and competency based recruitment used by UK and global employers. Careers and Employability Centre is not a placement service: we help and support students in their job search but we do not place students in a job directly. Earning money and part-time work: around 300 plus jobs only on campus each year and we advertise around 1,500 part-time, work experience paid opportunities each year and 2000 graduate jobs. Sussex economy is made of a few large employers but around 90% are small and medium-sized employers in the digital media, leisure, hotel and catering, financial services and retail sectors.
