• We assist companies that want to offer effective career transition programs for employees who choose to change their jobs, or are forced to involuntarily. This as a requirement of the company’s diligent staff policy and confirmation of corporate social responsibility towards employees.

• We assist companies that wish to organize career transition programs for employees who need to be made aware of their own strengths, skills and competencies as a basis for internal relocation or new tasking.

• We offer a service that includes access to professional career counselors in all Nordic countries, with solid backgrounds in recruitment, management, HR and coaching.

This is how it works:

• Contact between the customer and a national representative in OIGP Nordic is established

• We operate according to the principles of Key Account Management - KAM - so that, unless otherwise agreed, our companies who have the first contact with the customer are regarded as the main contact for the Nordic cooperation; this includes the negotiation of a Nordic agreement

• A Key Account Manager is responsible for contact with OIGP Nordic, ensuring that current orders are executed, quality assurance of work processes are completed and reports are sent to the customer.

• OIGP Nordic adheres to the principles of Best Practice and is proactive in improving quality through the development and optimization of our services.

• Clarification of expectations and goals• Discover what you need for guidance and

assistance

5. Market phase / job search

• Job hunting support• Networking activities /OIGP Nordic, also
