Description -Auditors prepare, analyze, and verify financial documents for

government, business and individuals. They prepare financial reports and analyze the information to help corporate leaders make sound business decisions. Auditors design internal control systems and analyze financial data.

Auditor

Day in the Life-They have to be able to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly. Auditors that work for the Federal Government maintain records for government agencies and audit businesses and people who are subject to government regulation and taxation.

Schooling

-The schooling required for an auditor is you need at

least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. More and

more employees prefer applicants with a master’s degree in

accounting or a master’s degree in business administration with a

concentration in accounting. Also most states require auditors to

be licensed. In order to become certified you need to take a test.

And usually after you take a test companies won’t renew your

license unless you have a certain number of hours working.

Reaction-Being an auditor

seems like a good match for me because it’s the same type of routine every day, which I like, and you work with people, and have to deal with numbers and documents, which I’m good at.

Reaction-I think this occupation is good for me because I love the

environment and love trying to find different ways to help preserve it. I also am interested in protecting the law as well, so this job seems like a good match.

Day in the Life-A Human Resources Manager is responsible for labor relations, and employee relations, maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates, along with many other tasks.

-In order to complete this job you need to

know Psychology, Personnel and Human Resources,

Administration and Management, Customer and

Personal Service, and Law and Government. Most

people who are Human Resources Managers have a

bachelor’s degree and had a work experience before

becoming one Reaction-I think this job might be good for me

because you need to know a lot of things, which I am capable of learning, and you work with people, which I enjoy.

Engineer is to try and make things not work so the programmer can catch errors before they occur. A beginner QA will test simple applications and basic user interaction such as opening a Web page, trying different menu options, and clicking on links

Reaction-I think a Quality Assurance Engineer is a really interesting career. It seems like a lot of work and this is a field I never really looked into or explored before. It seems like a career I might be interested in because I like analyzing and testing and coming up with new ideas to make things better, and this is exactly what this job has.

Reaction-I think this job would be a good fit for me because I am a great sales person, and I am very good at persuading people. I also am really interested in technology and like to have the latest piece of it available to me.

ReasonThe reason why I am most interested in becoming an Auditor is

because it has come up as a result of most of my career assessments, and I’m very into it. I really would like to find out more about this job, and actually try it out. Being an Auditor means you have to be able to work with people, handle documents, type up reports, and deal with numbers. These are things I am very capable of doing, and like to do. That’s why I think a possible career choice for me is becoming an Auditor.
