• central planning of the VET vs. free market • structure of the school system • vocational orientation vs. Career education • skills and attitudes of the teachers and

school /school district management & and the end-users (citizens)

• time for implementation (4 NCC within 20 years!)

Practice • 1990’s new degrees for CG. at both branches:

psychology and pedagogy, strong link with soc. Incl. (social teacher): German, Canadian, Finnish influences (not really French)

• 2006 Bologna Sys. 1.0. in HU: BA and MA, PhD. programmes – too strong links with Andragogy much less with Pedagogy

• 2016/? .. No BA, mixed MAs (Psy.,Ped.) standing postgraduate specialist training courses
