Whatapersonsaysordoesonsocialmediacancomebacktohauntthemwithregardtotheimpressiontheycreatewithprospectiveemploy-ers.Questionableanticsandcommentsmayreflectnegativelyonapersonwithouthimorherevenrealizingit.AccordingtoastudybyReppler,asocialmediamonitoringservice,91percentofemployersusesocialmediachannelssuchasTwitter,FacebookandLinkedIntoscreenpro-spectiveemployees.
