ActivitiesSome of our popular activities are baking, chair based exercises, new age curling, table top games, reminiscence and discussion groups, amongst others. The Bert Boyden Health and Wellbeing Centre also runs a dementia cafe.

Outings are arranged throughout the year from both centres, including lunch at local pubs and visits to local attractions within easy reach.
