    Manufacturing begins with high-grade aluminum alloy

    • Containing ninety-seven percent aluminum a furnace

    • Heat the furnace to 750 degrees Celsius• They liquefy in 25 min in the furnace

    • Then Aluminum pour into mixer with argon gas is inject in toremove the hydrogen so increase its density and less porous

    • Adding powder titanium to further strength the alloy• Then a flux is appeared so it must be remove

    The wheel mold is made of high-strength steel

    It consist of 3 parts

    1. The upper which form the inside face

    2. Four parts make the wheel edge

    3. Lower mold which made the other face

    ,it is the intricate mold

    Heat treatment

    The casting then goes complex heat treatment

    They heat the casting to 500c

    Quenching which submerge the casting in water

    For 30 sec

    Then reheat the wheel to 100c for 9hours

    And so on

    MACHINING

    The rough edges shown is trimmed

    The wheel goes CNC lathe machine which remove the edges

    And making finishing

    Then they submerge the wheel in water to

    If any air bubbles appear this mean defect part because shrinkage takeplace
