Le voy a regalar un collar a mi abuela.I’m going to give a necklace to my grandmother.
In the sentence, Le is placed before the first verb voy. Voy is conjugated in the form of the subject(yo), the person who is going to give. Le is the pronoun, standing for the abuela, the indirect object; to whom the necklace is given. So Le is the indirect object pronoun.
