JAY QUINNSenior Managing Director

Mr. Quinn is the Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets at Faris Lee Investments. Mr. Quinn’s primary focus is on origination, structuring, and marketing of debt and equity finance transactions across the United States. His areas of expertise include arranging project debt and joint venture or preferred equity financing for all types of commercial real estate, programmatic joint ventures and investment funds. Mr. Quinn has significant long term relationships with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), regional and national commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, debt funds, REITs, and private and public funds.

Mr. Quinn has over 30 years of real estate experience focused on both debt and equity in commercial real estate, diversified investment operations, portfolio management, and structured finance. Mr. Quinn has completed approximately $800 million of development transactions and approximately $3.4 billion in financing, capital market transactions and debt/equity placements. He has also assisted in more than 500 note sales, participated in the disposition of more than $2 Billion in assets, as well as completing over $9.1 Billion in commercial property restructuring and discounted payoffs.

KIRT BOULTINGHOUSESenior Managing Director

Kirt joined Faris Lee to provide solutions for emerging and best-in-class real estate owner operators and developers who wish to access the capital markets with better investment alignment.

Kirt is responsible for overseeing Faris Lee’s capital markets business development, strengthening equity relationships, and representing sponsors with their local and national capital requirements.

Prior to joining Faris Lee, Kirt spent two decades at some of the largest private equity firms in the US including Trammell Crow and Donahue Schriber, and contributed to the growth, origination, structuring, sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, capitalization and investment of assets across multiple product types, size ranges, classes and geographies. Kirt’s transaction experience includes, retail, multifamily, industrial, office, hospitality, student housing, self-storage and senior living, and has deep relationships ranging from family offices, RIAs, trusts, ultra-high net worth individuals, private equity, endowments, foundations, pensions and large funds.

Kirt holds a degree from The University of Arizona and currently resides in Laguna Beach with his wife Caroline, and his three children (Sophia, Otis and Katie). He is also an active participant in industry organizations including ULI, NAIOP, NMHC and ICSC.
