Sebastian Dorin" <[email protected]> Date: 4/6/142:10pm To: [email protected], [email protected], "CenturyLink Customer" <[email protected]>
Good afternoon CASC. After forming at the last CASC monthly meeting, the Financials Review Ad Hoc Committee met on Sat. 3/22. Randall, Tim and myself were present on behalf of the committee. The following was reviewed and agreed to:
Purpose I Goal
This committee will compare budget, spending and receipts (donations received), both overall and for each subcommittee. Only committees/subcommittees with a budget defined in policy will be considered.
Methods
To compare budget, spending and receipts for committees/subcommittees with a budget defined in policy, this committee will take the following actions:
1) Review CASC Policy definition of CASC and its subcommittees budgets 2) Review CASC bank statements 3) Meet w/CASC trusted servants for clarifications, as needed
To keep it simple, we'll focus on 2013 only.
Final Report
The Finance Ad Hoc Committee expects to deliver a final report to the CASC its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on 5/4/2014.
We are committed to conducting ourselves in a spirit of cooperation with CASC trusted servants, home group GSR's, and anyone else we come in contact with. We are not interested in evaluating or second guessing past decisions. We will not be providing specific recommendations on budgeting or spending, and are open to suggestions and input from any and all NA members.
Best regards,
- Sebastian D.

Hello,
I hope everyone is well and life is going good. This report will be brief.
I am collecting the groups tally sheets today and will work with the GSRs that do not have them today. I will make arrangements based on what is easiest for me. This may sound harsh but y'all have known about the votes needing to be in by today and that I have to give them to the RD next weekend.
There is nothing else for me to report at this time but May's report will rather lengthy.
Thanks, Danny
