ERIK ZIMMERMAN Director / CEOErik has worked for leading global companies such as Sara Lee, Unilever, ANZ and AGL and has been working in the energy efficiency and solar industries since 2007. In 2011, Erik sold his solar business, Rezeko (Eko Energy) to energy retailer AGL to further develop littil.

BEN WRIGHT Director / COOBen worked for leading Australia health care provider Ansell and founded the upmarket fruit and vegetable business ‘The Market Runners’. Ben has also held senior positions in Australia and New Zealand and has been a driving force within littil since its conception. Ben initially led the Operations team in LED and now incorporates solar, energy monitoring and battery storage.

Prior to Littil, Graeme worked as the Sales Manager for Origin Energy Solar, one of the nations’ leaders in Solar Energy.

Not only is she an expert communicator with over 7 years of experience, she also has the proven ability to manage operations while meeting challenging deadlines. Amanda’s focus is to motivate her team to deliver customer service excellence.

IAN MILLER Energy Solutions EstimatorIan brings extensive knowledge to us from his years working at the Gas & Fuel Corporation and Multinet Gas (under the management of United Energy) as well as managing an IT systems’ analyst team. Ian is skilled in providing the right financial solution to fit within your budget and his attention to detail ensures you are provided with the right product to meet your needs.

STEVEN LEONG Quality and Compliance ManagerSteven is passionate about quality and compliance and has experience in competitive manufacturing and being an ISO Lead Auditor. Having started his career in Singapore, Steven has worked for leading multi-national manufacturers such as Western Digital and Kulicke & Soffa. Steven is now motivated to develop his career further with the renewable energy industry.

ILIA KOROVIN New Product Development ManagerIlia has worked in multinational firms throughout Australia and Germany as a product developer. His technical experience includes lighting, software, battery storage and energy systems. Ilia joined littil in 2015 and has since helped launch a number of new products into the market.

MICHELLE KNOX Client Service & Warranty CoordinatorMichelle started her career in the Renewable Energy Industry in 2008 and has extensive knowledge of LED lighting, Solar PV and Hot Water Systems. With over 8 years’ experience in Warranty, Installations and Customer Service, Michelle understands that customer satisfaction is central to any successful business and prides herself on ensuring a great customer experience for all littil customers and partners.

VIVA Troffer Range

Air Return Troffers

With a unique optical design and lumen output ration of 90%, this product is purpose built for the easy implementation of lighting retrofits where lighting and air conditioning are combined.

The kit is available for recessed or surface mounted installations with a flexible AU mains plug cord connected to the driver.

COI Hospital Troffers

Developed exclusively for health care facilities, this troffer was custom-built with a COI of 1.4 that meets stringent Australian Standard 1680.2.5 and an LED chip with a specific red spectrum compared to a standard troffer.

Industrial Sahara Logistics

With their large warehouse space and long operating hours, Sahara Logistics were well placed to save by upgrading to LEDs. Of the 480 lights installed, 250 were littil LED Corn Lights.

The new littil LED lights ensured a 64% reduction in energy usage and resulted in Sahara Logistics receiving over $30,000 in VEECs rebates on the Corn Lights alone.

Food Processing Modern Baking

With over 900 lights across their factory in Broadmeadows, producers of Australia’s much loved Unibic ANZAC biscuits Modern Baking, were placed to save by making the switch to LED lighting.

Maintenance and replacement costs have been significantly reduced with their new LEDs lasting 8 times longer than their old halogen and fluorescent lights.

Replacing 480 lights resulted in enormous savings of over $49,000 for this logistics giant.

Modern Baking are now saving a massive $70,000, a 60% reduction on their lighting usage.

Government The GEO Group

More than 4,500 36W fluorescent lamps were replace with 15W littil LED Tubes. The upgrade has saved Junee replacing 800 - 1,000 tubes per year and over $10,000 in maintenance costs.

The GEO Group has noted in particular that the LED lighting is far better suited to the camera recording environment - an important security consideration and a welcome addition from the camera technicians.

Since the installation in 2014, there have been no light failures reported.

By replicating natural daylight, the LED lighting has improved the working environment and the high lumen output is ideal for both the warehouse and showroom spaces.

BMW are now saving 64% off their current energy expenditure on lighting, equivalent to over $45,000. Their carbon footprint has also been reduced by 439,466 kWh and 571,306 kg C02.
