Measurements are for a Small/Medium sized Women’s shirt. If you don’t have an existing shirt to make a pattern from, then you can create one by using these mea-surements. Note that there are different measurements for the front and back pat-tern pieces. Sketch is not in proportion. Perimeter measurements are intended to follow the curve. Angle measurements are from one point to the other. To adjust the pattern size you can compare an existing shirt to determine width at bust and length of hem. Cap Sleeve Top Template is available for reference in creating correct curves. 5/8” Seam allowances are factored into measurements. Hem shirt to fit. I used 1” hem.
