To be followed by Afternoon Tea, then Evensong at 5.30pm. £19.95 per person Friday 31st July: Stained Glass Talk and Afternoon Tea We are delighted that Léonie Seliger, Director of Stained Glass, will talk about the rescue of the precious 12th and 13th century Ancestor figures from the Cathedral’s largest window. Afterwards enjoy a full afternoon tea. £19.95 per person Saturday 4th July: Magna Carta Dinner with talk by Dr David Starkey To commemorate the 800th Anniversary of the sealing of Magna Carta, and on the national day of the United States, we invite you to a special Magna Carta dinner. On arrival guests will enjoy a glass of Bucks Fizz in the beautiful Campanile Garden, followed by a 3-course dinner in the Clagett Auditorium. After coffee we will then welcome Dr David Starkey, distinguished historian and broadcaster. £45.00 per person (Includes a donation to The Canterbury Journey) Friday 7th August: Archives Tour and Afternoon Tea Enjoy a full afternoon tea in our restaurant that overlooks a beautiful courtyard garden.
