Strengthen core musculature, the spine’s “corset”, protecting the spine and providing an “anchor” for limb movement.

Biomechanics – Flexion


Biomechanics - Extension


Strain Injury to Back or Hip!


Exercise Instructions

Frequency: 2 times per week

Intensity: 10 high quality repetitions per session

Duration: Hold each repetition for 15-30 seconds
