candidate experience awards benchmark data sample report
DESCRIPTION
Want to benchmark your candidate experience? The Candidate Experience Awards is completely confidential and free of charge to all participants. •The CandE Award are completely free to enter and are funded by vendors •There is NO cost to attend our Event in February 2014 where we honour those companies that win the Award •Round 1 consists of a 60-90 minute survey / round 2: we survey some of your candidates - it's that straight forward. The candidate survey (round 2) asks candidates approx 50% of the questions posed in the employer survey. The results are then compared and verified •The candidate survey (round 2) methodology includes candidates that have been involved at all stages of the process, not just new hires. We administer the surveys and the responses from candidates using SurveyMonkey •If you're concerned about your current candidate experience rating then participants can elect to take part and receive the full benchmark report but NOT compete in the Awards process. The benchmark report will help you on your journey to improve and your details will remain completely confidential. This can be selected on the registration page •The CandEs do not simply recognise 1 or 2 winners with everyone else coming in second. All companies that reach the UK bar will receive an Award, some will be recognised with 'Award with Distinction' if they demonstrate exemplary processes •Winning companies will be eligible to display the 'CandEs' winners stamp in any branding/marketing collateral •We're a non for profit research business created to help any organisation on their journey to improve Link to register: http://bit.ly/12xMpje - But hurry as there are only a few weeks left to apply for the 2013 CandE Awards!TRANSCRIPT
