CSCP Purpose

The purpose of this project is to develop an online technical package, the Cancer Screening Change Package (CSCP), to empower health providers, public health practitioners, and community leaders to improve cancer screening.

What is a Change Package?

• Change packages serve as a menu of options from which healthcare professionals in health care settings and public health professionals who partner with them can select tools and resources that improve the processes for cancer screening.

• CSCP expands this traditional model to also include a community-based component that supports community-clinical linkages to increase utilization and access to facilities offering cancer screening.
