This will be helping to reduce the risk of cancer because

1. Eating breakfast reduces the need for big meals later in the day and raises your metabolic rate – gives you more energy.

2. It is also a slow release carbohydrate meal so it will last you the morning there are no peaks and troughs in energy levels and therefore it keeps insulin levels more stable.
