Everything needed to keep Dual and Single Chamber Ori ceFittings operating accurately and e ciently. Parts areavailable or standard or corrosive service requirements, linesizes 2” through 26”, ANSI ratings 150 through 1500.

Canalta Ori ce Fitting Repair Kits include a ull complemento ori ce tting parts, allowing or a complete rebuild o the ori ce tting or replenishment o spare parts inventory. These kits are available with 4130 carbon steel internals orstandard applications, or 316 stainless steel internals orextreme corrosive applications. All repair kits include high

grade HNBR internal seals and are packaged in a sturdy resincase or easy storage or transport.

Our standard zinc-plated 4130 carbon steelinternals ofer superior corrosion protection and resistance to sul de or hydrogen induced cracking, providing reliabilityand per ormance over a long service li e. For extreme corrosive applications, such as wet H 2S service, Canalta recommends 316 stainless steel internals to protectagainst mass loss due to general or localized corrosion.

Standard plate seals and tting O-rings are made o HNBR rubber, ofering rst-class compression set, tearing and abrasionper ormance, as well as excellent chemical resistance in oil eld applications, including H 2S and CO 2.
