Beavers: they are hard workers, building dams and homes.
Moose: they can run very fast and they are very good swimmers.
Black Bear: they live in areas with wood and mountains.

The capital city of Quebec is Quebec City. The main language spoken is French The provincial Quebec flag was adopted
in 1948 on January 21st. It is a white cross with four fleurs-de-lis
on a blue background. The provincial flower is the blue flag iris.
It looks like the fleurs-de-lis. It replaced the lily in 1999.

The provincial bird is a snowy owl. It nests in the northern Tundra region
during the summer. It was adopted as the provincial bird in
1987. It is a meat eating bird. Unlike other birds it hunts during the
day aswell as night.
