13th century
White stones on top are
FLOATING STONES. this is to
reduce weight on top
The foundation is MADE OF
SANDSTONES. STONES MADE
OF SEA SAND!!!
Colour are natural nor faded.
There was a major earthquake
during the 17th century which
caused some damage but still the
monument is standing still.
Lets now see how complex carvings
line the walls and cover the pillars
and ceilings speak lot of words…
Observe the gap at legs, sculpture
are having fine gaps to that of actual
structure and the classification is
clearly defined. One can see
dancing posters very clearly….
See the finesse of carving. Indian
jewellers use these designs for
making gold ornaments.
Upon striking with figures on these
stones one can listen to rhythms
much better than a tuning fork!!!!
In first row the flowers depicts
the shape of temple
All devotees in second row.
The centre of temple looks like
flower in 3rd row.
In last row of, no other elephants
looks same.

All carvings as beautiful as angels from heaven.
Complete structure is made of
Sandstone and sculptures using
black stone.
