Our History 1936 - Incorporation of The Associated Cement Companies Limited on August 1, 1936
1947 - India’s first entirely indigenous cement plant established at Chaibasa in Bihar
1957 - Technical training institute established at Kymore, Madhya Pradesh
1965 - ACC’s Central Research Station (CRS) established at Thane
1979 - ACC wins international contract for operation and management of a new 1 MT cement plant at Yanbu-Ras Biridi in Saudi Arabia

Job Description of B. Sc.
CONDITION MONITORING
• Carry out equipment measurements to collect required data as per the schedule
• Ensure that oil samples are collected from all major gearboxes as per the schedule and send for analysis
• Carry out periodic internal inspection of equipment as per the schedule or as and when required
• Data analysis and prepare the report in consultation with the Team Leader
• Ensure the availability and accuracy of CM equipment
• Review and revise (if required) the CM schedule as per the site conditions in consultation with the Team Leader
• Enter all collected data in SAP and prepare monthly report
CCR OPERATIONS
Manage the operations of production & solving the Production related problems
Planning, scheduling & executing the planned & unplanned maintenance tasks
Solving equipment functioning problems and ensuring steady and smooth operations
