WHAT'S INSIDE
Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH) (“Camping World”), the nation’s largest network of RV-centric retail locations and only provider of a comprehensive portfolio of services, protection plans, products and resources for the outdoor enthusiast, announced the planned acquisition of certain assets of Gander Mountain Company and Overton’s, Inc. Camping World was chosen as the winning bidder at a bankruptcy auction for certain assets of Gander Mountain and its Overton’s boating business. Marcus Lemonis, Chairman and CEO of Camping
World, stated, “the Gander Mountain and Overton customer and their affinity to the outdoor lifestyle are the perfect complement to our Camping World business. The structure of our deal provides much flexibility and will not only allow us to refine the inventory selection and select only those stores which are profitable or we believe have a clear path to profitability, but will also allow us to immediately offer our comprehensive portfolio of services, protection plans, products and resources to the existing Gander Mountain and Overton customer base and in stores in which we elect to operate.”
Lemonis added, “the liquidation of the existing Gander Mountain inventory will allow us to start with a clean slate of what we consider the appropriate mix and level of inventory, including the addition of Camping World and Overton offerings where appropriate, and our lease designation rights will allow us to select only those stores in appropriate locations with appropriate cost structures.”

Operations
We Need Your Update for the 2018 Coast DirectoryBelieve it or not, we are starting work on the 2018 Coast to Coast Annual Resort Directory. This 200+ page publication contains so much information that it requires a 7-month process to collect, compile, lay out, proof, print, and deliver to our members.
You will soon be receiving a request from Coast to Coast to update information for your resort(s). It is critically important that we receive this update from you so we publish the most up-
to-date information on your resort(s). At the same time, if you have a new profile photo you would like to use to promote your resort, we’d love to use that to update your listing.
Return your updates to us by following the instructions on the form we send to you, or you can email your update and any new photos to us at [email protected].
As part of our work on the 2018 Coast Directory, we are looking for additional cabin inventory to include in our rental network for Coast members. The reason is that we have more and more members joining our affiliated resorts that are non-RVers. If your resort is not included in our rental program and you would like to make your rental units available to Coast members, we’d love to talk to you! Contact Linda Clark at 1-800-833-9183, ext. 1412.
Sales Update
New Good Sam/Camping World/Coast to Coast MapA few years ago Coast produced a wall tour map showcasing our corporate family of brands. We have updated this map and it is now available for order in both small format (24” x 36”) and large format (36” x 54”), both standard poster frame sizes. The map shows a total
of over 2,500 locations including Coast Resorts and Good Neighbor Parks, Good Sam Parks, and Camping World SuperCenters. This map is sure to impress
prospective members with all the locations where they can receive discounts as new members of Coast to Coast. To order contact Eileen McKee at 800-833-9183, ext. 1403, or [email protected].
New Hopaway Holiday Directory for Deluxe and Premier Member KitsHopaway Holiday has redesigned their directory for 2017 with a new cover and new visuals to excite new members with all the places they can stay at a discount with their Coast Deluxe or Premier membership. The new directory explains the various vacation savings that are available to new members from Hopaway Holiday including discount condo vacation getaways, outdoor resort rentals, and unique getaways like houseboat rentals, B&B stays, or glamping vacations. If you need extra copies of the new Hopaway Holiday Directory to use in your sales presentations, contact Eileen McKee at 800-833-9183, ext. 1403, or [email protected].
