Bob is a former National HS Basketball Coach of the Year and National Christian Athletic Association Coach of the year. He has also been named an Arizona Prep “Coach of the Year” 10 times. He was the 2012 Western U.S. Coach of the Year by the National High School Athletic Coaches Association. He is one of only three Arizona coaches to surpass the 700 win mark. SCA is Home of the 2016, 2010, 2005, 2004, and 1999 Arizona 2A Boys Basketball State Champs, and the 2002, 1997 and 1998 State Runners-Up. Head Coach CAMP INFORMATION In Sessions I, III and IV there will be two clinics and corresponding drill sessions per day. Also, campers will participate in the league-team competition playing 8 games during the week. There will be a 3-on-3 contest as well as an All-Star game. Campers receive feedback in the form of a basketball Report Card. All campers are recognized for participation and select campers receive special awards. In Session II, for our youngest campers going into grades 1-3, campers play on either 8’ or 10’ baskets depending on grade level and skill. Campers participate in many basic drills as well as week-long team-league games. A championship round is held. All campers are recognized and receive awards. In all sessions, campers receive great snacks and have two short breaks per day.
