Enhancement to existing Making Home Affordable Program

Allows borrowers current on their mortgage to qualify for an FHA insured mortgage

Participation by existing lien holders is voluntary

Requires consent of existing lien holder

Similar to a short sale transaction

115% refinance of borrowers in negative equity

125% FHA to FHA streamline refinance
