A concept design for a bar and grill in the new Gensler-designed upper level deck of the renovated Cleveland Browns stadium. Bar caters to fantasy football fans, and features an electronic ticker with player and game stats updates from across the NFL. Designed to mesh with the updated design of the stadium, the design

incorporates orange back-painted glass walls, weathered steel wall and details, a wrap-around bank of monitors, and a boasts a view of the Rock’n’ Roll Hall of Fame from the long bank of windows. Not to mention a large number of craft beers on tap.

A re-skinning of the previous airline that used this space, Airtran. This project’s main feature is an oversized backlit acrylic graphic of Southwest’s iconic jet, visbile from anywhere in the stands. The furniture was refinished and the backbar updated with new backlit graphics. The new design taps into

Southwest’s colors and branding while introducing new textures and graphic motifs to combine into a unique new presence for the airline at Amway center.

Concept for a hotel/casino next to LAX. Originally this was a 1960’s office building & parking structure. The proposed building between would house a casino in a large double-height space with oversized

skylights and glass curtain wall at both ends. To differentiate new and old, new construction is clad with wood composite panels to warm up the cold office exterior.

Conceptual design for a new Type 1 residential tower near the heart of Downtown LA. This multi-unit building is made up of 3 unit types which are spread semi-randomly, yet based on a variable of market need.

Also, additional communal garden elements were introduced, varying in size and level used, which helped the tower gain height, a bonus for the developer, and the additional green space for the city.
