Peer 2 Peer support WORKS

Social Enterprise is often misunderstood

New Social Entrepreneurs need a lot of support and different coaches for different stages

Income diversification, start up governance, finance and marketing are most popular

People want localised support and have better outcomes with people they have got to know (split sessions)

Macro – means universal, we coach the whole person with due regard for their cultural environment……

The coaching model – Universal integrated framework developed by Dr Law

Here and now known with an unknown future versus changeable now and definite future.

Peer to peer support and networks should continue with or without funded programmes

Macro coaching to be the adoptive methodology for community networks

The work carries on at a local level

Page 15: Cambs community reuse & recycling network presentation 7 december 2010

The Macro Coaching method of support aims to create empowerment at a profound level beyond our level of interaction with the individual.

Page 16: Cambs community reuse & recycling network presentation 7 december 2010

The success of coaching lies in the desire for change within the Coachee not just in the skill of the Coach.
