In Salzburg and Vienna, we have foundet Camaquito Austria. Asalready in Switzerland and Germany, Camaquito Austria is a politicallyand confessionally independent Children’s Aid Organization thatsupports Cuban children and teenagers in the fields of health,education, environment, culture and sport.

November 2nd, 2016, the inauguration of the renovated medical centre „Florat“(Consultorio no. 4) has been executed successful. Thank you for the specificdonations from our donors to finalise this important project. The gratefulness andappreciation from the benefit recipients, i.e. the cuban population are huge, to worknow with much better conditions than before.

Arrival of container with relief goods

Another freight container, including important relief goods fromMexico for our projects, has been arrived in Camagüey. The main partof the material corresponds to the kindergarden project „Ismaelillo"and the project „Ballet de Camagüey".

Personal Local Assignment in Cuba I have inspected the outskirts from the "fútbol en los barrios“ project. A meeting with all Supervisorswas held, to exchange experiences and discussing about sustainable improvements. After 50 years,Cuba played against USA in Havanna a friendly football game. Due to the high internationalattention, for Camaquito was a good opportunity to get in touch with people, who are interested tosupport our children football program "fútbol en los barrios".
