Who are your target sponsors and vendors?
The Callywood Awards 2013 will cater to a diverse guest, winner and nominee list. We are interested in partnering with
companies which represent but are not limited to the high end luxury brands, wine/spirits, beauty, health/wellness,
entertainment, food/beverage, sporting, hospitality, fashion, and technology.
What will be the marketing methods for the event?
This event will be heavily marketed online and offline with several aggressive tactics such as, social media, radio, fliers, Email
blasts, celebrity endorsement, press releases, video promotion, database exposure as well as paid and non-paid traditional
forms of advertising.

RE: Annual Callywood Awards Show
Each year we hold an awards show to highlight the accomplishments of some of our show guests, the entertainment industry’s most notable stars, as well as leaders making strides in the
community. This function is to not only increase our business but also to show appreciation to our nominees and fans.
This year’s awards show will be taking place August 10th, 2013 at the lovely Rooftop 3100 in Los Angeles, CA.
I would like to extend an invite to your company to participate in this networking and advertising opportunity. We are looking for a negotiable contribution from your company. This
contribution would ensure that you have ample opportunity to promote your business to approximately 1.5 million show listeners, show nominees, show attendees, social networking friends
and fans as well as our email list and B2B/B2C advertisers.
We would ask that you provide us with your company flag or banner so that we can display it at the venue, gift or promotional items that we can include in our swag bags and supply to our
nominees on the night as well as company logos and information to promote your business.
