satisfaction and strengthen the customer loyalty and to ensure the

business continuity.

For best outcome of customer services, they tend to operate 24

hours a day, seven days a week, to cater to customer needs and

concerns.

Winning a customer is not achieved all the time. There are cases

that some mistakes or challenges are inevitable that sometimes

resulted in cold calling.
