A reservation confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your request. Submission of a request for seats means that seats are being held and you intend to purchase those seats. Seats are assigned “best available” when payment is received. Be attentive to the payment due date. All patrons including infants, chaperones and bus drivers must be included in the number of seats requested for entry into the auditorium. For groups of less than 10, ticketing fees will apply. If there is a need to cancel a reservation, a written request must be received no less than 10 business days from the event date. After this time, 50% of the balance due will be charged for unclaimed reserved seats. There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets.
