1. PE SESSION PROJECT 1. WARM UP First, we do foot movements in a circular form. In 6 sets of 10 to 15 seconds each We bend knees to the front and to the back We move the hips from one side to the other side We rotated the shoulders forward and backward The arms up and down Elbows up and down The wrists up and down And finally the head from front to back, up to down and side to side Second, we run 3-4 laps And third, we warm up the body in by streching 2. MAIN PART: 2 on 6 This drill allows players to work on both offense and defense. Two players play against six players. When a team reaches five points, the duo switches sides and two new players begin a six-on-two game. The drill works on communicating with teammates about the opponents offensive strategy, reading the setter and hustling to make defensive and offensive plays 2. The Rondo Drill Much like the in-line drill, this drill requires the players to move but the ball to remain in the same position. Using two balls, the players form a circle on one side of the floor. A ball starts on each side of the circle and the player with the ball hits it high and moves to the next position clockwise. The first player passes to the second who passes to the third and so on until the ball returns to the first player. Increase the number of balls as the team gets more consistent at keeping two in the air at the same time 2. COOL DOWN: We do 3-4 laps around the court after the exercices to recover and to relax the muscles.
