Church in Action

Welcome to Meadow Glade Church

Christians aren’t perfect – Just forgiven

Country Gospel Praise next Sabbath

7:00 p.m. at Center Point.

*On the second Sabbath of each month*

It’s always nice when school starts in the fall and our families return from their

summer adventures. It’s going to be a great year filled with Children’s Church, school

activities, exciting programming, and intentional focus on friendship evangelism.

Church in Action

Our Flowers Today are in honor of Pastor Jana. As our children enjoy the first Children’s Church of the year, we are reminded of just how very much she does. We are blessed and we are grateful. “Thank you, Pastor Jana, for always showing us— the positive side of ministry; your ability to make complex events look simple; your passion for our children and their families; and your love of Jesus and MGC.”

Church Business—Second Readings: William and Carrera Shawler to Adventist Community Church; Gale Williams to Springfield, MO

Children’s Church Begins Today!

We are so excited Children’s Church is starting today! The theme is “Wonders—exploring the

scientific wonder of God’s creation”.

We are so thankful for Jim and Denise Mathey. For the past three years, they have tirelessly planned, organized, and led out in music for children’s church. The two of them bring so

much knowledge and talent that they so willingly share with our young people and Church Family. Jim sang with an a cappella gospel group in high

school, taught himself guitar in college, and passed on his musical gifts to his daughters.

“Thank you Mathey Family!”

MGC Annual Fall Campout is September 16-18 at Ft Stevens in Loop F. We have two trailer sites left. Call the Church Office to make your reservation.

Special Thanks: Having been here for just two weeks, Pastor Jonathan, with the help and support of our awesome youth lay leadership, pulled together the yearly Youth Ignite Retreat. This retreat is a vital brain-storming, planning, and bonding time that launches the vision and the details of our 2016-17 Youth Ignite programming. “Thank you, Pastor Jonathan, for being willing to ‘jump in with both feet’!”

Brush prairie SDA Softball Tournament Beginning tomorrow at 7:45 a.m.
