April 1978 Lease approved but never issued to Marina Racquetball Club for public sports complex with tennis, racquetball and volleyball. 11 June 1981 Lease issued for commercial retail and restaurant complex. August 1986 Lease approved but never executed with Super 8 Lodging for a hotel complex. November 1987 New lease approved to Seal Beach Gateway for a hotel complex. October 1995 Lease terminated with no hotel constructed. 12
