Sales channels are Direct Sales, Bank and Financial Institutions and Retail and Corporate Brokers. Member of Company’s Senior Executive Management team and Risk Committee. Main Responsibilities;
Supervise all 3 distribution channels of the company; Direct Sales, Bank and Financial Institutions and
Retail and Corporate Brokers which is total production is 55M lei (12.2M eur) in 2016.
Prepare budgets for all sales channels, in terms of new sales and renewals of existing portfolio, develop
strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for all distribution channels and follow-up company sales
and providing reports to Management Team and higher management.
Work closely with group companies’ top management in order to provide support for mutual business
activities between company and rest of the group companies. Develop relation and support for daily
activities and operation for group companies for bancassurance activities and their own interest

Intermediary agreements have been signed with 5 Corporate Brokers in 2013-2014 period, and reached
5% of the entire portfolio in the first year of activating the department
Even though the partner bank decreased branch network by 15% since 2012, the intermediated
premium keep its level of 2012 in 2015
Increased the number of regions, from 6 to 14 in 8 months, including requiting regional managers.
Played a key role during the due diligence and finalizing the merger of Credit Europe Asigurari and ERGO

Credit Europe Bank N.V. · Antwerpen, Belgium January 2011 – January 2012 Branch Manager
Belgium Branch is the only branch in the country which provides mainly saving and lending products to its customers by online banking. Reporting directly to Retail Banking Division Director, which is located in Frankfurt, Germany. Main responsibility is to manage and conduct daily operations of the branch, manage branch P&L, keep the personnel motivated and ensure sales targets achieved.
Main Responsibilities;
Exercise administrative and managerial control over all retail banking activities, including all aspects of
branch operations; sales, customer service, personnel and operations.
Supervise hiring, training and coaching of 2 sales manager, 1 deputy branch manager and 9 operational
staff and maintaining excellence service levels by effectively allocating staff resources within the branch.
Perform regular visit to National Bank of Belgium, prepare financial reports with the help of Financial
Department in the Netherlands and Germany and present Bank in front of regularity authorities.
Represent the Bank in various professional and community meetings to strengthen the Bank’s image
and seek business development opportunities.

In the Eurozone, centralized out of Frankfurt, the Bank offers direct retail banking product to customers by online banking and lending intermediaries. Reporting to Retail Banking Vice president, responsible for the lending business portfolio by distribution channel called Indirect Sales which is provided by intermediaries. Main Responsibilities;
Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for the sales channel, oversee monthly and
quarterly assessments and forecasts of channel’s financial performance against budget.
Regularly pay visits to new prospect intermediaries to convince them to sign collaboration agreement
with the Bank and to the ones which are already working in order to increase the share provided by
them.
Key Accomplishments; Issued 29M EUR loan during fiscal year, which is 22% of the total outstanding.

CJSC Credit Europe Bank · Kiev, Ukraine August 2007 – August 2009 Branch Network Sales Group Head The Bank is the first bank with in the Group which started its operations from scratch with all 3 business lines; Retail , Corporate and SME Banking, at the same time; Retail, Member of Retail Banking Management team, which created all retail banking business process and documentation from Zero and reporting directly to Retail Banking Deputy Division Head . Main Responsibilities;
Define standard processes and procedures, roles and responsibilities related to all Retail Banking
personnel within Branch network and as well as head office personnel. Work closely with the Accounting
and Legal department to prepare sales manuals and procedures documentation for assuring to fulfil of
the requirements of National Bank of Ukraine.
Makes onsite visit to branches to make sure that the Sales Force acquainted with sales procedures and
